how can coaching help?
Survivors have the ability to create the same beautiful life experiences, accomplishments, and fulfilled dreams as others. But sometimes in our journey, we get stuck in our traumatic world and struggle to find the freedom we so desperately seek. It can be challenging to let go of our old patterns, as this is how we've kept ourselves safe from what has happened to us in the past. Coaches can help clients to create new habits and guide them to find the right tools that will provide healing from mental or physical struggles they might be experiencing. Coaches also help clients to understand the recovery process, and provide direction to help them reconnect with themselves and the world while using their strengths to build a life they love living. Clients can learn how to let go of the past in a way that makes them feel lighter and more free instead of being fearful.
It's important to create a healthy mind and body, as this can help us to live a more peaceful and fulfilled life. If we continue to hold on to past trauma or fear of what the future will bring, we can begin to put heavy amounts of stress on ourselves. Over time, chronic stress can impair the immune system, which can contribute to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and even thoughts of suicide. This is why learning to manage our emotions is critical to maintain good mental and physical health.
I would like to work with you to help discover your stress triggers, find better ways to manage your thoughts, put together stress management techniques, and create healthy coping methods that will allow you to become stronger and feel healthier both mentally and physically. Having the right tools can make all the difference in the quality of life we live.
