Social Distancing

Ideas of things we can do at home

Let's keep ourselves busy while we are staying home :)  These are in no particular order, just wanted to share some suggestions and ideas.

  1. Spend quality time with your family (spouse, children, parents, etc)

  2. Reach out to family or friends online (phone calls, texting, social media, FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom)

  3. Building relationships (perhaps there are some people in your life that you need to forgive, or there has been some distancing over time, maybe this is a good time to talk to them and resolve past situations – healing from the past hurts can help us to find peace)

  4. Spread Positivity (this is a challenging time – spreading positivity can do wonders to not only help others, but it will make you feel good as well – calling, texting, reaching out on social media)

  5. Walk around your neighborhood (just be careful to keep the social distancing)  :)
